Dr. Samaram has been a stalwart in humanitarian endeavours. Recognized for his Rotary service, he received the prestigious "Commitment of Service" award from Rotary International. As Chairperson of the Indian Red Cross Society in NTR District, Andhra Pradesh, Dr. Samaram champions humanitarian values, organizing training for volunteers and spearheading initiatives like medical camps and vaccination drives. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, he led efforts to distribute 150,000 medical kits, organize medical camps for migrant labourers, and provide essential support, including oxygen concentrators
