Connecting with Nature is a one-stop solution to many physical and mental ailments. Not realizing the fact we ignore this connection. Being in nature or even viewing scenes of nature, reduces anger, fear, and stress and increases pleasant feelings. Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally but also contributes to your physical wellbeing by reducing blood pressure, heart rate, diabetes and the production of stress hormones. It increases your life span.

Walking in a park gives you a better feeling than doing treadmill in a gym. A pleasing environment makes the unpleasant feelings wipe out from our mind and keeps us fresh. Breathing fresh air keeps you young, healthy and happy.

Connection with nature boosts creativitytoo. The creativity within you gets boosted as your mood gets elevated. I am sure there is a creative artist hidden in you.

Nature not only soothes but helps you cope with pain. Trees, plants, water, and other nature elements are so engrossing that we get distracted from our pain and discomfort. Few studies also have shown connecting with nature makes the patients recover fast.

Too much time in front of screens (TV, ipad, computer screens) is also deadly as it leads to depression in many. Try to limit that time. Family outing to park will give you a great feel than sitting together and watching a movie.

Now a days life is full of tensions and stress be it in workplace or even work at home. Infact school going children are also under great stress trying to cope with their classes, routine and exams. So,try spending some time outside everyday in a calm and serene environment, which will keep you away from depression, stress and anxiety by, increasing your life span.
